Lights are B / Circle. Shift up and down are X / Y. Engine on and off is L3, the left stick click. Handbrake is LB / L1. Those are the easy ones. The D-pad is where the revamp gets dense, and it is why pad players need this page instead of a blurry screenshot of the Roblox description.

Click L3 with intent. It is also how you click in menus in other Roblox games, so a nervous thumb will shut the engine off in a meet. Re-click. Then hit lights so the lifted truck is actually visible on a farm road at dusk.

D-pad up is 4x4. D-pad left and right tap indicators. Hold down on the D-pad for hazards. Tap down for trans mode. Hold left or right for TCS and ABS. That mix of tap versus hold is the skill. If hazards stay on, you held down. If trans mode flipped, you tapped. Practice in a stall, not in mud.

Because holds exist, the D-pad is a bad codes keyboard. Open the giftbox UI and paste from the overlay instead of hunting letters. How to redeem assumes that. This page assumes you already have Cash and now need to drive.

Triggers give smoother throttle than a keyboard for a Carolina squat that unloads the rear. That is the whole pad argument. You can roll out of a lot without scraping if the trigger is analog and the handbrake is a bumper, not the P key next to freecam.

Freecam is still a keyboard combo (Shift+P) on many Roblox vehicle setups. If your pad session has no camera peek, park and use a keyboard overlay, or accept hood view. Do not invent a face-button freecam that the official list does not print.

Engine, lights, indicators, hazards off, trans mode, 4x4 off for pavement, TCS on if the stance is extreme, handbrake test, then roll. If a friend is in a low race truck, keep 4x4 off so you do not fight the steering on asphalt. If the convoy turns into fields, D-pad up, slow trigger, and follow the farm guide instead of sprinting.

The rest of the wiki still applies. Codes, stance, and scripts do not care that you are on a pad. Only the bind layer does, which is why keyboard controls exists as a sibling instead of a duplicate of this page.
